Choosing SAP related data and finally put the document to Alfresco and proceed with connexas core functionalty. We are fully integrated in Activiti, no need to install anything on SAP side. If your workflow has documents attached, just upload it to Alfresco One after completion and then, it can be easily connected to a SAP business object by our product connexas. The implementation is done on a project base because it typically depends on the customer workflows. But we also have already a bunch of pre-configured actions available. Please let us know if you have any questions or want to deep dive into one of the features.

Improve your Activiti Enterprise version (Alfresco Activiti Suite) workflows by integrating SAP. Push documents to Alfresco and benefit from the connexas core functionality.
Embed SAP relevant data by using the Alfresco Share built-in workflow capability. We fully support the embedded workflow and it fits best with connexas.
We have already some pre-configured examples ready to show that you can see by requesting a live demo.
The following screenshots shows how it can look like in the user interface of
Activiti Enterprise and by using the built-in workflow in Alfresco Share.
The user is able to select any data that are retrieved from SAP during the completion
of his workflow task. In this case, a dropdown is available that contains all company code
values from a particular SAP system including its description. Based on that, the user
can´t make any mistakes during input (i.e. typos) and it is guaranteed that the selected value does exist.
In the screenshot the workflow has not started yet.
While in the previous screenshot the user was forced to select a company codes and a name, this
screenshot shows the available "Cost Center" values in a dropdown where the values was evaluated by
the previous user inputs.
In the screenshot the workflow has already started and the "Cost Center" selection is a user task.
This is a screenshot of how SAP data can be retrieved and displayed by using the Alfresco Share built-in workflow. The user is also able to select a company code from a list that is provided by our SAP integration.
By integrating Activiti with SAP there will be a lot of great advantages and benefits.
Reduce input errors from users while just providing relevant and current data from SAP.
Dont confuse the user by unnecessary data.
